Resort projects have ranged from garden condominium projects located in gated golf course communities in and around Palm Springs to retirement communities in Arizona. The projects were both fixed structure and RV seasonal resorts.

One of the Arizona developments included the $26 million, 738 finished lot, Desert Lakes Golf Course & Estates located on the Colorado River, across from the Laughlin, Nevada casinos. The client had acquired the almost completed project through a portfolio purchase from another financial institution and was in the process of determining the current loan ratios on this seasoned note. The Desert Lakes assignment also included the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course.

Another Arizona development was the $22 million, 410 finished lot, gated Los Lagos project situated around three man-made lakes and accessed by private streets. The Los Lagos analysis included a private tennis club with adjacent clubhouse, as well as the lakes and streets.

Other resort properties have included hotels, motels, restaurants, pubs, and shopping centers in ski resorts in various mountain communities.
