Healthcare valuations have included hospitals, convalescent homes/hospitals, nursing homes, senior day care centers and other combinations. One of our most recent projects was the $20 million proposed development of a multi-function integrated medical help facility.
Two other recent healthcare projects were: a $4.6 million, 200 bed, 40,560 sf, convalescent hospital and a $3.0 million private medical ambulatory surgery birthing clinic of 11,380 square feet. The private hospital was partitioned into three separate areas: a birthing clinic, a licensed ambulatory surgery operating room, and an outpatient medical clinic. Both of these facilities were located in Southern California.
